Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. For annual plans, if you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you're eligible for a prorated refund. After 30 days, cancellations apply at the end of your term.
Will my plan renew automatically?
Yes, all subscriptions renew automatically to prevent any disruption in service. You'll receive a reminder email before your renewal date, and you can update your payment information or make changes to your plan in your organization settings at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your bill is adjusted so you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, ensuring you get full access to your current plan until then.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Opaius is proud to support nonprofits and educational institutions with discounted pricing. Simply reach out to our team at admin@opaius.com with proof of eligibility, and we'll walk you through the application process.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time, and you'll immediately benefit from the annual discount. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at the end of your current annual term. Changes can be made in your organization settings under billing.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are set up in under an hour. We’ve designed Prospect to be intuitive from the start—no need for lengthy onboarding sessions or technical hand-holding. Just connect your data sources, set your preferences, and your workflows are ready to go. Our team is always on hand if you want help, but most users don’t need it.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Your data is safe. If you cancel, you'll retain full access until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your data is stored for 90 days to allow for easy reactivation. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, your existing data remains accessible in read-only mode—you won't lose anything, but you'll need to upgrade again or reduce usage to create new assets or loops. You can request a full data export anytime by contacting admin@opaius.com.
Does Loop integrate with my existing tools?
