Save anything you need
Export or copy vehicle records, documents, conversations, invoices, or organization information you need to keep. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Account control
Delete your Louro account.
You can initiate permanent deletion directly in Louro or complete it from the signed-in web settings. A support ticket is not required.

Check your subscription
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Garage+ to cancel or manage it separately.

Confirm while signed in
In Louro for iPhone, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. On the web, use the button below, sign in to the account you want to delete, open the Account tab, and confirm Close Account.
Permanent action
Continue to the signed-in account controls.
You will be asked to authenticate and confirm. Make sure you sign in with the exact account you intend to close.
What deletion does
Deletion removes or anonymizes personal profile fields, removes memberships and access, clears active profile-photo references, and signs you out. Limited records may be retained for tax, billing, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, organization continuity, shared-record integrity, or temporary backup cycles as described in the Privacy Policy.
