Louro privacy center
These are the direct controls for AI data sharing, iPhone permissions, public profile visibility, privacy requests, and account deletion across Louro and Opaius.
In Louro, open Profile → Settings → AI Data Sharing and turn off consent. Louro will stop new transmissions of your personal data and User Content to third-party AI providers. Opie features that require external AI processing will remain unavailable until you consent again.
Withdrawal does not recall a request already processed. Delete the related conversation or contact privacy@opaius.com if you also want Opaius-held content reviewed for deletion.
Open iOS Settings → Apps → Louro to change camera, photos, microphone, speech recognition, Bluetooth, location, or notification access. You can also turn off Auto-track drives inside Louro before changing Always location access.
Removing a permission disables the related feature but does not delete data you previously chose to save or synchronize.
Use Louro profile settings to change whether your profile and selected garage information are public. Remove individual photos, vehicle visibility, or shared items before making the whole profile private when you want more precise control.
Copies already downloaded, indexed, cached, screenshotted, or shared by another person may remain outside Opaius's control.
Use Louro settings for notification categories and iOS Settings for the system-level permission. Turning off promotional notifications does not prevent essential account, security, purchase, or service messages where permitted by law.
Email preferences and iPhone notification permissions are separate controls.
Correct editable profile and vehicle information inside Louro. For an access, correction, or portable-copy request that is not available in the product, email privacy@opaius.com from the address associated with your account.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before providing or changing account data.
Initiate permanent account deletion from Louro's Settings screen or use our direct deletion page. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Save any records you need first. Deleted or anonymized information may not be recoverable.
Formal privacy request
Include the email on your Louro account, the right you want to exercise, and the country or state where you live. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
