As a contractor, you choose your loads off the available freight, and you see the full load confirmation on every haul so you know exactly what it paid and what you earned. Our contractors are currently averaging $2,400–$3,000+ per week.
We provide access to consistent flatbed freight out of the Houston corridor and a support team available to help when you need it, but how you run your business is up to you. Settlements process every Friday with full transparency.
Through our CRST partnership, contractors also have access to third-party health insurance options.

What You’ll Do
- Run OTR flatbed freight and select loads available to you.
- Safely secure and tarp loads as part of standard flatbed operations.
- Maintain your own DOT compliance and safety standards.
- Operate as an independent contractor under the CRST lease program.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and a current DOT medical card.
- 6+ months of verifiable flatbed experience.
- Clean MVR with no major violations.
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
