This role is for someone who cares about craft as much as velocity. You will work close to product decisions, user experience, data structure, and implementation quality.
The right person is comfortable turning ambiguous product problems into simple, usable interfaces and maintainable systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build production features across the Louro web product.
- Shape data models for vehicle history, maintenance, operations, and ownership records.
- Improve product quality through testing, code review, performance work, and careful UI execution.
- Work directly with the founder on product direction, technical tradeoffs, and early customer feedback.
What Helps
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern full-stack web development.
- Good product judgment and an eye for refined, usable interfaces.
- Comfort working in early-stage environments where product, design, and engineering overlap.
- Interest in cars, operations, manufacturing, repair, or long-lived products is a plus.
